Publishing Background

Many of the people in the world today, certainly those in technical fields, are aware that the United States government has been conducting secret research in the little-publicized field of ultra magnification, using new and highly classified digital technology. What has not been known is that special research into military applications, all highly classified, has been assigned to the Hoop and Stickard Research Laboratory, a respected private company operating under contract from Los Gorditos Nuclear Laboratories.

Several years ago, the lead scientist at the Ultra-magnification Institute made an accidental discovery. A new world and civilization was discovered at the micro molecular level, leading many to conclude, that in our search for other civilizations, perhaps we have been looking in the wrong direction. Instead of searching space with telescopes, just maybe we should be looking at our own world with microscopes.

Following the initial discovery, the scientists carefully studied the “new world” for a period of several years and made its full report to the Academy of Science this past May. This report was classified with the highest classification possible, “Presidential Authorization Required.” (PAR) Many within the scientific community believe the information about the existence of another civilization to be so explosive, that it must be suppressed. It cannot be proved, but evidence exists that the Academy gave in to pressure from the Department of Defense and decided to withhold the information even from the president of the United States.

Fortunately, a copy of the scientific report fell into the hands of this publisher. Nothing will be revealed about the circumstances or the “cloak and dagger” nature of this event because to do so would endanger the freedom of the person who leaked the information. The Secrecy Clause of the Patriot Act provides for secret trial before a Military Tribunal without jury or legal council, followed by automatic life imprisonment for violations of the PAL classification.

Legal council for this publisher has successfully argued before the 17th Federal Appellate Court that the right to publish this document is protected by the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. To their credit, the Supreme Court has refused to overturn the decision. We publish this information because we believe the American people, and the people of the world, have the right to know about this monumental discovery.

Over the centuries, mankind has wondered if we are alone within the universe. Science fiction writers and film makers have whetted our appetites, and scientists and astronomers have happily spent billions of dollars exploring the cosmos.

Now we know. Mankind on planet earth is not alone.
